Prescription procedure and delivery of drugs, containingnarcotic, psychotropic substances and precursors in the Republic of Kazakhstan Resolution of the Government of the RK No 396 dated 30 March 2012  On adoption of regulations for medical use of the narcotic, psychotropic substances and precursors which are subject to control in the Republic of Kazakhstan

Code includes an administrative-territorial unit identification number of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Form of this document is to be established by authorized health body” as agreed by the Committee. This document is named a “signature”
