  1. What is the Traditions Challenge? You can make history at UNI. The Traditions Challenge features more than 50 campus traditions that you should take part in before graduation. You should have received the Traditions Challenge book at move-in. If you didn’t, stop by the Alumni House (across from the book store) and pick up your free copy!

  2. What’s in it for me? • Complete 25 of the traditions and you’ll be awarded a lapel pin to wear at Commencement - or - • Complete 45 traditions and you’ll receive a medallion! Plus, the Traditions Challenge Book doubles as your personal yearbook!

  3. Easy Traditions • Become a member of STAT (haven’t signed up yet? Stop by the Alumni House! Get exclusive T-shirts and great deals from around CF.) • Live in a residence hall • Eat at the Rialto or Piazza

  4. Visit Campus Hangouts • Rod Library • Maucker Union • Wellness and Recreation Center • UNI Planetarium • Downtown Cedar Falls

  5. Homecoming • Attend Homecoming activities (Campaniling, Pride Cry, Panther Festival, Pep Rally, etc.) • Participate in the 2nd Annual Traditions Challenge Amazing Race on Thursday at 6:00pm! (sign your team up at www.uni.edu/homecoming)

  6. Catch A Show • See a show at the Gallagher-Bluedorn Performing Arts Center (most shows have student discounts!) • See a play at Strayer-Wood Theatre • Attend a student musical performance

  7. Get Involved! • Join a student organization • Attend a NISG meeting • Celebrate Heritage Months • Participate in Intramurals • Attend a CAB event
