RADCAB: How do I know if this website is a good resource or a bad one?
RADCAB stands for: RELEVANCY - use focus questions and search terms (ex. search for “ancient hebrews abraham" instead of just “abraham”) APPROPRIATENESS - sites should be appropriate for your age group DETAIL - there should be a decent depth (amount of detail) of info on the topic CURRENCY - is the information current? - (since we’re talking about the ancient history, this shouldn’t be too big of an issue) AUTHORITY - is this an accurate and credible source based on who wrote it (did a qualified historian/researcher write this) BIAS - is there a special angle, slant, or spin to the info (is someone trying to persuade you to believe something specific, if so, there may be bias in the text)
