LAHC 2012 Self-Evaluation Report Update 7/27/11 Governance and Planning: • 2 College-wide summits (over 100 participants) focused on updating & implementing college plans • Planning Manual updated with accompanying templates • Governance Document reviewed & revised • Latest cycle of program reviews completed for all clusters • 2011-12 Unit, Cluster, & College Plans ready for posting

LAHC 2012 Self-Evaluation Report Update 7/27/11 2012 Accreditation Self-Evaluation Report: • 2011 Climate Survey completed (221 participants, twice the previous number) • 59 Accreditation Standards Teams meetings (Fall 2010-Spring 2012, average of 5 persons attending) • 86 Accreditation Standards Teams members (Students, Staff, Administrators, Faculty) • Accreditation webpage updated • First draft of 2012 Self-Evaluation Report posted for college-wide input

LAHC 2012 Self-Evaluation Report Update 7/27/11 STUDENT LEARNING OUTCOMES: • SLOs adopted for 83% of courses; SLOs assessed in 45% of courses • SAOs adopted for 100% of Student Services Programs; SAOs assessed in 80% of Student Services Programs • SAOs adopted for 70% of Administrative Services Programs; SAOs assessed in 49% of Administrative Services Programs • Program/Pathway/ISLO#1 Assessment – 700 essays evaluated college-wide by 20 graders (10FT, 10PT); ISLO #3 assessed fall 2011 • College-wide workshop documenting course changes resulting from SLO assessments • Updated course outlines into ECD System

LAHC 2012 Self-Evaluation Report Update 7/27/11 To Be Completed: • October 2011: Completion of latest cycle of program reviews; 2012-13 Unit, Cluster, & College Plans; SLO & ISLO assessment targets achieved; Mock Accreditation Visit • November 17 & 21, 2011: Final Draft 2012 Report acted on by Senate & CPC & forwarded to District; visitation team appointed & begins to access college website • February 2011: College-Wide Forums on 2011 Self-Evaluation Report • March 12-15: ACCJC Accreditation Visit
