Implications of Joint Evaluation’s Findings(A look at external support to BE since the Jomtien Conference) NGO (Canadian and developing countries) challenges are to: • market their expertise to MoE’s; • participate in National Education Plans; • work in consortia; work in partnership with local NGOs • focus on gender equality • develop the capacity of education systems; • maintain the visibility of their field presence necessary for ensuring the Canadian public’s continued support for ODA.
