Shopping list • link to the BDIR team: • learn & tell about the new l* scheme and the X-ing angle story (anything to be learned by the  collider?) • understand the reliability of the background tail estimation (including disentanglement of the different contributions (direct, reflected, others..)) • system integration aspects (another link to the BDIR; do not squeeze the space for services too much + access scheme) • joint activities: • backthinning • pulsed power • joint test beam? • joint radiation tolerance tests? • review of the roadmap, finance & manpower by the different collaborations • set-up a dedicated (simple) web page: docs, slides, meetings, job offers.. • general meeting summary • intermediate meeting before Paris?
