  1. Go to http://osddlinux.osdd.net/ & click on Install/Download Menu option

  2. Installation of ODDlinux • Live CD/DVD/USB no need to boot • Install on a new machine • Install via Virtual Box (Windows/MAC/Unix) • Install on existing Unix/MAC machine

  3. Download from http:osddlinux.osdd.net/down.php (Click on LiveUSBor LiveDVD)

  4. Create Bootable CD/DVDBurn ISO image file on a CD/DVD/USB Ubuntu (Brasero) Windows (Nero) Mac OSX (Disk Utility)

  5. Insert Bootable DVD/CD into the CD/DVD drive 2) Restart the system and continue pressing F12 to enter BIOS setup. 3) Change the boot preference to CD/DVD and press F10.

  6. Select the third option and hit enter to install osddlinux on your hard drive. Options Live – Directly boot from temp. media CD/DVD/USB. Install – Installing OSDDlinux on hard drive. Hd – Booting operating system from hard disk.

  7. Select language and click continue.

  8. Click continue to proceed with installation. Osddlinux installation on system hard drive

  9. Select the drive for osddlinux installation. The entire space of the selected drive would be used. Click “Install Now” to proceed with installation. Osddlinux installation on system hard drive

  41. Type any software name available in the list to get the command format and example usage.

  42. Example usage of the software tool gets displayed.

  43. Execute the example usage of the software tool.

  44. Output file containing the results gets generated. Open the result file in a text editor.

  45. Results are ready for further analysis or usage.

  47. Click on the drug discovery tool.

  48. Upload the input file in the required file format. Osddlinux Live CD

  49. Click on the “view” to display the input file in the middle panel. Click on the tool to be used for analyzing the input file data. Osddlinux Live CD

  50. Select the input file. Hit “Execute” to run the tool program on the selected data. Osddlinux Live CD
