  5. Scope of this meeting • Develop coordination between FNAL and SLAC on project management • Discuss project tools and how we will use them • Technical discussions between FNAL and SLAC groups to assess roles • Develop ‘to do’ list for formalizing the project

Agenda • June 16 Wed Morning (9:00 -12:00) Overview of Project Management • 9:00 – 9:10 Scope of the meeting and introduction of people – Dan • 9:10 – 9:40 SNOLAB High level schedule, agencies involved, proposed funding model, FWPs etc, PM issues and concerns, outlines the sequence of documents/reviews that need to be done as we move through the CD process – Dan • 9:40 – 10:20 SNOLAB WBS, WBS dictionary– overview of systems, status of current WBS, interfaces, issues and concerns – Eduardo • 10:20 – 11:10 Coffee break • 11:10 – 11:40 Project Management Cost and Schedule, proposed tools for R&D and project phase, issues and concerns – FNAL Project Management team • 11:40 – 12:00 Proposed Project Management documentation tools, issues and concerns – FNAL Project Management Team • 12:00 – 12:15 List of action items for tomorrow and definition of working groups – Dan/Eduardo • 12:15 – 13:00 lunch
