  8. According to UNESCO, By the beginning of the 21st century only 2% of world’s children with special educational needs (200 million) were provided the necessary support SOCIAL AND CULTURAL DEVELOPMENT OF CHILDREN WITH SPECIAL EDUCATIONAL NEEDS

  9. New World Man is a person characterized by social and cultural diversity, plurality of types where a great deal of attention is devoted to children with special educational needs. It is very important to provide normal conditions for successful studying for children with special educational needs. It will promote cultural immersion and development of children as members of society and culture.

  10. Poly-artistic environment is integrated into educational space and is based on the usage of different types of art. It creates the necessary conditions for cultural immersion of children with mental development problems and promotes cultural self-realization of children with special education needs.

  11. Art technologies serve to solve these problems. They are applied within the framework of a unified process which aims to provide children with special educational needs with the tools of art in the educational space: Art pedagogy – theatre, music, decorative art, art of declamation. Art therapy – music therapy, fairy-tale therapy, rhythm therapy and dramatherapy.

  12. These art technologies help to achieve positive results in social and cultural development of children with special educational needs and protect their psychological health during the period of changeover of preschool and school age.

  13. Organization of communicative space and frust relationships of subjects of the educational process Stimulation of initiation needs for those who entered into communicative space and show signs of altruism and empathetic behavior
