  4. Your presentation may be submitted in English or German. Please upload your presentation in Microsoft PowerPoint format (Office 2003-2010 or later, .ppt or .pptx) into the ConfTool. Please also upload a copy of your presentation in pdfformat into the ConfTool. For publication we need short biographies of each speaker.   5. Each contribution is allocated a total time of 40 minutes. This is divided between the presentation time of 30 minutes plus a further 10 minutes for questions and answers. Please consider the number of your slides carefully with regard to the time restrictions. Presentations will be stopped at the end of the allotted time slot! Important!
