RTR Beta Test Program • Select 10 drivers & 20 riders @ 2 BRAC sites • Purpose • Test software in Northern Virginia • Determine training effectiveness • Determine pricing structure • First step in building critical mass • Incentives for Beta participants • HOV access • Many riders & drivers can save thousands per year

Beta Test Incentives • Rider incentives • $100 in credits for the first month • $50 credit in the second month if you rode at least 20 times in prior month (10 roundtrips) • Driver incentives • $50 first month • $50 second month provided you carried at least 30 rides in the first month • Up to $0.45 per mile reimbursement for each shared trip • Both riders & drivers will receive $100 for completing the Beta Test Program
