  5. Rapid Response Team • Support for HCL staff on concerns over public access to the Internet: • problem-solving for specific incidents or complaints • interpretation of the HCL Internet Public Use Policy • development of tools to help staff manage this service

  6. Rapid Response Team Examples • Police ask to take a library computer as evidence in criminal investigation • Kids use library computer to order merchandise using stolen credit cards • Teens view “gross” website • Staff apply sanctions for violating policy
