On-Line Technical Support • Live, On-Line Technical Support • Support through the G5/G6 interface • Live Chat during Business Hours • Email response after hours • Now your clients can get answers to standard program questions directly through the software • We provide this “Blind” support so the customer doesn’t have to know they are dealing with Silicor • Hardware and camera support questions must still go through the Reseller

Digital Input (Object) Counting • We can now use the Digital Input trigger to count objects • Does your customer want to know: • How many cars went through the car-wash? • How many times a door was opened? • How many times a pressure valve was higher than normal? • This was designed for the Car-Wash and Quick Lube industries, but the applications are endless 3 2 1 5 4 5

New Hardware Features • B3 Micro Server • We are now offering a smaller DVR for those installations where space is an issue. • Measuring: 13”h x 13”d x 4”w • Up to 500GB Storage • DVD-RW on All Systems • We are now using DVD-RW drives in all Silicor systems. Put longer video clips on removable media.

Multiplexed Composite Output • Window Vision has been able to send a composite video output to a call monitor • We have been able to switch this single image • Now we are able to send a multiplexed video output to the call monitor • Configure various output scenarios to the call monitor • Again, we at Silicor are ahead of the pack!

  7. Add Notes – Note Manager • Mark video at any time using the Add Note feature • Find the specific video using the Note Manager • At any time press ctrl+N to access the Add Note screen • Enter a specific name or number • Search for the name/number In the note Manager • Select the name/number and instantly preview the recorded video associated note date/time. • This feature has been used to record drivers licenses at bars, booking numbers at police stations, and passenger names on charter fishing boats

  8. Search on Motion • Search for motion on a particular section of the video image • Quickly identify events • Digital recordings make searching for particular events easy… • Searching for all occurrences of motion in a specific area of the camera view is simply powerful

Archive to DVD • We are still one of the only DVRs able to burn video archives to DVD • Burning to DVD provides over 4,000 MB of space for archives as opposed to 680 MB on a CD • Never again have to span CDs to get that complete recording • DVD-R disks are expensive? Ok, our DVD burners also burn the traditional CDs as well • All Window Vision system, even the L1 systems, come standard with the DVD burner

  10. Multi-Camera Playback in Remote • Window Vision Remote is now able to Playback Host recordings!!! • Ok, Window Vision has always been able to do that… • BUT NOW we can playback in Multi-Camera View!

Up to 64 Channels on ONE DVR • Other DVRs top out at 16 channels making it necessary for users to purchase multiple systems for applications larger than 16 channels • Window Vision is now available in the following Configurations • 24 Channel, 120 FPS • 32 Channel, 120 FPS • 24 Channel, 240 FPS • 32 Channel, 240 FPS • 48 Channel, 240 FPS • 64 Channel, 240 FPS • Making Window Vision VERY competitive for the larger installations • G6 Interface is Standard on all Systems over 16 channels!

  12. The Elusive 480 x 480 • Window Vision is now available in the following frame rates: • 480 View, 480 Record • 480 View, 240 Record • 480 View, 120 Record • NOTE: These frame rates are only available in 16 channel systems

Full-Screen Modes • G5 now has a full screen mode • The interface starts in full-screen • The user cannot get to Windows without access permission to the Windows Access Manager • G6 is a full-screen only interface • NOTE: Password protected access to Windows is necessary to make it easier for the user to set up network connections, Printers, etc.

Upgrade a G5 to G6 • Increase you revenue with little effort • Upgrade your customers to G6 • Simply sell the upgrade and let your customers switch between G5 and G6 • All they need is the Access Code • G6 Sells itself • G6 Remote is distributed free of charge and can work with G5 Host systems

Digital-on-Demand Menus • Rather than impress you with how complicated we can make the interface, we simplify the interface even further • Menus can be hidden so that they are out the way until you need them • The interface appears like the more comfortable analog CCTV monitor • More features can be added to the program without overloading the visual senses • The learning curve is shorter because the interface is less intimidating • Camera aspect ratios automatically “morph” when menus are locked into place.

New Facility • We have moved to our new 10,000 sq. ft. warehouse facility in Valencia, CA. • We have the capacity to produce 100 DVR systems a day! • Our warehouse provides space to increase our inventory! • We will continue to add to our inventory to lower lead times. • We now have the space to implement our long awaited Central Station. Once the office construction is complete, we will begin construction and furnishing of the Central Station.

  22. Silicor Web Site • Our new Web Site is Finally Here! Some of the features are: • Built in storage calculator • L1, G5, and G5 features • Audio and Camera section • Dealer Section with manuals, FAQ’s and other important sales information • We will continue to add to the web site and bring you more sales tools to help you learn and sell Window Vision. • Once the main web site is finished we will be adding tutorials and comprehensive training.

On-Line Training and Sales • We are now able to train you and your staff on Window Vision without you having to leave your office • Using the Internet, we can train your sales and technical support team • While you are on-site with a client we can assist in client demos • Our Internet tool, GatherPlace, allows full viewing of the Window Vision Interface • Let us help you increase your Sales!

Leasing • Silicor is now offering leasing. • We are introducing this new service with the rollout of our 12 month lease program. • The benefits of leasing are: • The ability to purchase Window Vision NOW without waiting. • Conserve Working Capital • Let Window Vision pay for itself by decreasing losses • Possible tax benefits of leasing • Fast and Simple application and approval

  25. New Staff • We have added more staff to help get those orders out the door. • When they are not knee deep in systems, you may hear Terry or Jesse answering the phone. They are the new DVR technicians building the systems under Jason ever watching eye. • Naturally, quality control is our main concern. Both Jesse and Terry are highly qualified to bring our customers the best manufactured DVR’s in the industry.
