Infrastructure • Management Reorganization • Added 1 new administrative position • Moved Infant and Toddler program into Central Office • Staff Configuration • 258 children served birth to 5 (93 children 0-3, 24 children Extended, 141 children 3-5) on 10/29/10. • 11 service coordinators • Added 2 FTE split across multiple positions • 60 service providers • Home based, School based, Contracted services

  4. Location of Services Preschool Special Education classroom 18% / 7 students Community based programs 42% / 17 students Home 40% / 16 students Of the forty children receiving services on an Extended IFSP, 82% receive services in the natural environment (home / community based)
