  5. Industry-Managed Program Subject Matter Experts from key industry stakeholders, facilitated by PRI, develop comprehensive, detailed, consensus Audit Criteria (checklists). AUDIT CHECKLIST Audit Criteria continually improved by feedback from Task Group members (Industry). The most technically educated and experienced personnel for the specific special processes trained as auditors, and continually provided additional training and oversight by Task Group (industry experts for each special process). AUDITOR QUALIFICATION & SELECTION PROCESS EVALUTION/ IMPROVEMENT INDUSTRY EXPERTS MANAGE ALL KEY STEPS MAINTAINING INVOLVEMENT & REGULARTORY COMPLIANCE Issued after final decision by Task Group based on Staff Engineer recommendation. Auditors simply perform the audit, freed from follow-on activities such as reviewing corrective actions, fixing problems, etc. Supplier audits are conducted by different auditors each year. AUDIT CONDUCTED ACCREDITATION Professional staff hired by PRI manage all Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) activities. Store every aspect of every audit – answers to checklist questions, discussions, all root cause and corrective action information, and supporting evidence – in a secure, globally accessible online database; and use the database to produce reports that provide comprehensive visibility into the most critical issues for each and all subscribing members. Nadcap Globalization & Customer Support Activities • Supplier Symposiums • Paris (June) • Organized jointly with EADS, SAFRAN, Airbus & Turbomeca, with support from GIFAS • 61 supplier attendees from 48 companies and 21 Prime attendees from 2 companies • Birmingham (September) • Organized jointly with ADS, BAE Systems, Honeywell UK and Rolls-Royce • 90 registered delegates including 79 supplier representatives from 51 companies and 8 Prime representatives from 8 companies

Nadcap Globalization Russia • Ongoing relationship with UAC and Irkut • Irkut sent 4 representatives to the Paris Nadcap meeting in June 2013 • Dates for training Russian suppliers about Nadcap and holding pilot audits are being arranged, with an end goal of Irkut mandating Nadcap through its supply chain

Activities with Regional Aerospace Quality Groups • EAQG • PRI presented at the EAQG meeting in Gothenberg, Sweden in September 2013 • Focused on Nadcap in Europe, the presentation was well received • PRI has been invited to attend EAQG meetings annually to provide an update • JAQG • Meeting with JAQG in November to plan Technical Supplier Symposiums for 2014 • CAQG • Attended CAQG meetings and supporting the CAQG work group on Nadcap checklist translation
