Problem Statement & Statement of Purpose According to a survey conducted at Bartlett High School, 40% of students asked have problems with their or their neighbor’s external portion of the school locker. In recent years, lockers in Bartlett High School have shown evidence that a large portion of them suffer from this problem. Statement of Purpose: Eliminate locker doors swinging in front of neighboring lockers at Bartlett High School.
