Overview • Beta Site Testing Results • Weekly Signature and Time Scanning Release Date on 3/26/13 • Tuesday, March 26, 2013 – Begin obtaining signature we 3/23/13 • Week ending Saturday, March 30, 2013 – Must obtain all associates signatures • Sunday, April 7, 2013 – Must start using associate badge scan • Badges and Labels • Delivered by Friday, April 05, 2013 Manual tracking of daily and weekly time • Sites must continue to capture associates Daily Time and Weekly Time manually up to an including Saturday, April 6, 2013
PRP Handheld Menu Options • Select Time Entry • Select Action Time Scan to Scan Employee Badges and Clock in System Weekly Sig - View and Sign Associate Signatures Time Listing – Displays a list of clock times per associate Barcode Labels – Print Associates labels (Supervisor and above)
How to scan associate with scanner • From Time Entry • Select Action • Time Scan • Press yellow button in the middle of handheld • Pointing toward associate badge • Associate is scanned
How to capture weekly signature • Select Action • Scroll to Weekly Sig or Press the letter W key • Press Yellow Button to scan badge
Associate View and weekly signature • Click on the Sign Button • Obtain Associate Signature • Click on the Save
How to Resolve Weekly time Disputes • In the Dispute Area
How to Resolve Weekly time Disputes • Select Resolve Dispute
Resolve time Disputes Form • Enter the time corrections • Enter Resolution Comments • Select OK • The file is sent to Corporate Office (Must be connected to Internet)
Resolve time Disputes Form • Sync Handheld with data corrections • Obtain Associate Signature • Sync handheld and associate will move to the Weekly Signature Box
What happens when an associate is not available to sign weekly • Weekly Signature • Select Associate • Select Unable to Sign Reason
What happens when an associate is not available to sign weekly • Select a Reason • Enter comments of required • Select OK
What happens when an associate is not available to sign weekly • Associate moves to Weekly signature box
