LOCATION: South, Central and Southeast Texas AMOUNTS: Widespread 1 to 4”; isolated 5-7” amounts off-shore TIMING: 12 AMWednesday through 12 PM Thursday – main time of heaviest rainfall threat CONFIDENCE: Relatively high on timing/amounts Moderate on location Snowfall LOCATION: TX Panhandle AMOUNTS: 1 to 2 “ TIMING: 12 AM Thursday through 12 PM Thursday CONFIDENCE: Moderate

Hazard Impacts to Texas Wednesday through Thursday • Minor Flooding Possible • Coastal River Basins • Elevated tides upper TX coast Wednesday-Thursday AM (Tidal departures 1.5-2.5 ft). • Minor coastal flooding possible in some spots • In particular Bolivar Penisula and western Galveston Island.
