Troy University FIRST TIME FRESHMEN • Unconditional Admission – • GPA Minimum 2.0 "C" average • ACT Minimum 20 Composite Conditional Admission – Criteria: GPA is less than 2.0 with ACT 20 or GPA 2.5 with ACT 17-19 *The conditionally admitted student will be permitted to carry a maximum course load of 13 semester hours until he/she has attempted 24 semester hours of TROY work. The student will follow prescribed courses of study designed to strengthen his/her basic skills. Specific courses must be taken where weaknesses have been demonstrated.
