New entries from the PSI are automatically entered after last review date and can be accepted / rejected by the Administrator

5. Prevention Controls DBS Prevention Controls is automatically added to the DBS and Chart The Prevention Controls Database can be reviewed periodically by the Administrator. New entries from the PSI are automatically entered after last review date and can be accepted / rejected by the Administrator

6. Detection Controls DBS Detection Controls is automatically added to the DBS and Chart The Detection Controls Database can be reviewed periodically by the Administrator. New entries from the PSI are automatically entered after last review date and can be accepted / rejected by the Administrator

7. Reviewing & Sorting DBS To Review/Sort your Database you have to Unprotect the Sheet. Prevents unauthorized access. Click the Unprotect Button To sort the Potential Failure Mode entries in alphabetical order, simply click the Sort Button.
