  2. Parts • The blade is no different than a standard blade used today with the exception of two square holes • The locking mechanism is a formed piece of spring steel with features that spring into the square holes in the blade

  3. Assembly • The yellow spring steel lock is bolted to the spindle just as a blade would normally be • The spindle would have a rotate-stop so the yellow piece would be held from spinning • Position the center hole of the blade around the bolt head and rotate the blade clockwise

  4. Advantages of the Quick-Mo Blade • Easy to manufacture • Won’t cause build-up of debris • No tools required and attachment is quick • Ability to retro-fit on older mowers
