NCAA Eligibility Center WHO? Any student/athlete considering a Division I or II School • http://web1.ncaa.org/ECWR2/NCAA_EMS/NCAA.jsp • Request transcript from Ms. Carter, Registrar, after junior year • Send scores from ACT/SAT directly to NCAA
Transcripts • Submit transcript electronically on CFNC.org for NC schools • OR see Mrs. Carter, Registrar, in Guidance for a transcript request form • List colleges and scholarships where you would like your transcripts sent • Pick up official transcripts the next day and mail them to the colleges • Exceptions • If a college has a counselor form ask your counselor to prepare transcripts and counselor form • If your student took Sandhills Community College classes in high school he/she will need to request a transcript from Sandhills once class is finished in order to receive college credit. PHS transcript lists Sandhills classes and can be used for college admission purposes.
