For Monday • Howard Zinn, “Robber Barons” available on course website as a pdf file. • In this article, historian Howard Zinn describes the "Gilded Age" (1865-1900).  Write 1-2 sentences for each of the following terms describing their significance during this era: Corporations, Government, Workers, Immigrants, Women, Strikers, Unions, Farmers.  Draw from the reading and be as specific as possible.
