Key dates Existing provider event – October 2011 Further cabinet approval – November 2011 Issue contract extension letters/ variations – End of November 2011 TUPE forms – issue by end of October. Return by 23 November 2011 Web pages for information sharing – by mid November 2011 Expert group day – by mid November 2011

Key dates • Analyse TUPE forms and seek clarification – between 23 and 30 November 2011 • Treatment planning day – by 14 December 2011 • Provider open day – by 16 December 2011 • Analysis of current activity to inform – by 31 Dec 2011 • Finalise tender documentation – by 31 Dec 2012 • Bravo training – agree date with providers where required

  4. Key dates • Pre-qualifying Questionnaire (PQQ) go live – by 23 Jan 2012 • PQQ closing date – 20 Feb 2012 • PQQ evaluation – by 05 March 2012 • Invitation to Tender(ITT) go live – 12 March 2012 • Tender assessment panel briefings – by 12 April 2012

Key dates • ITT close and return – by 20 April 2012 • Tender evaluation – by 07 May 2012 • Select and notify preferred bidder – 14 May 2012 • Alcatel (standstill period) – 10 working days from 14 May 2012 – 28 May 2012 • Contract award – by 11 June 2012 • Mobilisation, transition and implementation – 11 June 2012 – 30 Sept 2012 • Contract commencement – 01 Oct 2012
