Subdivisional Guidelines History LGANT in 2012 were funded through the Strategic Indigenous Housing and Infrastructure Program (SIHIP) to develop Subdivisional Guidelines to assist member councils in their deliberations with developers in the construction and planning of residential subdivisions. http://www.lgant.asn.au/publications/downloads Guidelines are minimum standard based on City of Darwin/Alice Springs Town Council and City of Palmerston Guidelines. Guidelines are a common reference for councils from which mutually recognised and current standards of work and procedures can be applied.
