  4. It is a part of St Ebraam Service in St Mark Church. Our target is the Salvation of the Spirits and to Engage people to Christ on the foundation of the Orthodox Faith.

Appendix (A-1) • HR Team: • Recruitment: • Gather all the applications of new comers. • Choose the qualified candidates for the service. • Make the interviews for the candidates selected. • Hand out the initial package to new applicants (CDs of Evangelism Course Part 1 & 2 together with the requested 5 home works). • Explain the Evangelism service to the servants and how we work. • Assign and introduce the Servants to the suitable team based on their personal qualifications. • Managing the requests of the coordinators and match them with the servants qualifications and schedule. • Development:(Continuous) • Character Development: • Arrange with Abouna and the Coordinators to identify and classify the needs of the servants that can help their growth and maintaining their service efficiently. (Conferences, Bible studies, spiritual activities, courses, meetings, Homework’s, prayers meetings…etc ) • Cross Cultural Communication Development • Training to avoid the identity crisis & Cultural shock that might occur. • Location Culture orientation • Other Missionaries Culture orientation • Soft Skills Training (Team Building, Problem Solving, Creative thinking ….. etc.) • Retaining: • To develop existing servants who were previously exposed to Evangelism through the continuous follow up and engagement in different aspects of the service. • Orienting them in the development process of calibers from local servants • Provide the support needed to the servants to carry on their service properly. • Logistics: • Gathering information about servants who are able to travel, their details, their vacations’ schedule and relevant specialization. • Collecting the HR needs of each country from the Country’s coordinator and matching them with the available resources.

Appendix (A-2) • Marketing Team: • Responsible for searching for marketing segments in different countries to launch in. • Making the marketing surveys to discover the country real needs and best ways to approach the people in this country in accordance with their culture. • Searching for new ideas can be done to improve the service or to attract new people to the service. • Marketing the Evangelistic service in other countries. (Conferences, events …etc.) • Marketing the Coptic Orthodox Church in the new countries. • PESTEL Analysis for all possible countries for entry: Political, Economic, Socio-cultural, Technical, Environmental and Legal. • Giving the support to the Fund Raising Team in case they need it for any of their projects. • Make use of the data and materials we have to make the presentation needed in the marketing. • Responsible for the publications needed for the service in all its fields. • Programs Team: • Responsible for gathering any materials and building tailored made programs needed in any fields (Spiritual – Computer – Educational – Health and care …etc) • Purchasing Team • Responsible for making the volume procurements for all items needed by the service activities and special events in various stations. • Surveying the best prices and quality for these procurements.

Appendix (A-3) • Documentation Team: • Responsible for keeping a track of all documentation of the activities carried out in each country and each service so that it would be used as reference for other servants and the services in the future. • Keep archiving of all important documents like database for each country for data retrieval (would be received from the country manager after major activities, could be updated twice a year), evaluation sheets for the activities held... etc. • Cultural information for each country to support a better understanding to the nature of service and adaptation with the local culture. • Translation Team: • Responsible for the translation of any documents, service material, servant’s preparation courses…etc. from one language to the other. • Financial Team: • Preparing the service yearly budget. • Managing and book keeping all financial documents and expense reports related to the countries representatives. • Legal Team • Handling all legal and governmental issues that differs from one country to another • Responsible for finalizing any type of paper activity and requests what it is ( Contracts – shipment – letters … ) • Responsible for giving the legal advises to any team.
