Intelligent Network Configuration Optimization Toolkit (INCOT)

INCOT automates network layout to quickly configure field networks, aiding crisis planners with limited timeframes. It merges equipment catalogs, serving the U.S. Air Force and DoD, with OPNET products and NETWARS. Develop hierarchal top-down layouts based on mission requirements, connecting internal components with NETWARS for military network analysis. Translate TNAPS+ into NETWARS, enhancing network analysis without rebuilding. Future integration will improve transition and automation for military deployments.

Goal: Automating Network Layout • Develop automation tools that help network engineers rapidly configure field deployed networks • Crisis Action Planner • A crisis action planner has an extremely short timeframe in which to put together a communications system. The planner is typically limited to only components that are at hand or can be rapidly acquired. • Output to OPNET Products & NETWARS/JNMS
