Focus • We aim to improve the individual player first and foremost. We do play in competitions, but the player is our main focus. • While we are a sports high school, we are still a high school. We expect students to adhere to the strict standards in regards to uniform, conduct and attendance (85%) in academic and TSP courses. • Players are constantly under review and those who are not developing to a sufficient standard will be removed form the program. • The school does have exit strategies in place for students not adhering to these standards.
Achievements of the Program • We see representative honours of individuals as a gauge of the program – not the school teams results. • Various Newcastle, Central Coast and Country representatives in 2011 • 4 NSW representatives in 2011 • 3 players currently in Sydney Colts competition 2011 • Australian Schoolboys representative – 2009
