  4. Findings Format: • Separate workshops - management, non-management employees, union members • Tailor public workshops for specific groups e.g. human resources, service providers, employers, not for profits

  5. Findings Emerging Information Needs: • Drug and alcohol testing (69%) • Bullying as a form of harassment (68%) • How to investigate human rights complaint (67%) • Duty to accommodate (57%)
