  4. Video Conferencing • David Bourke is working to install in schools • Think of ways this can be implemented into Learning and Teaching • Kevin to work with schools on this, especially in Term 3 • Fullan drivers –what aspects are essential for change?

  5. eSIS process • IAEG – representation from Diocese • Looking at eFinance system and required specifications • Information to go to tender soon • Better than the Finance/HR systems already in schools - ESSENTIAL • Assessment on costs; reqs; engineering and contract to go to ICON WG

  6. Learning Management systems • Due diligence continuing • Looking at what we need as a minimum • ILEG – ICON Learning Expert Group • Thursday this week – work progressing rapidly • Kevin is attending
