DPL & ACE Supplier Relations Team • Serving the needs of Suppliers in Delmarva Power’s DE and MD service areas and Atlantic City Electric’s NJ service areas • Supports Electric Retail Choice programs • Natural Gas service in northern DE, but there are no current gas choice programs • Team: Lisa Alvino, Tricia Gannon, and Robin Kemp

COMAR 20.53 (RM 17) • Approved by Maryland Public Service Commission in three phases • First two phases already implemented • Compliance filings made for phase three • Changes implemented in December 2008 • Suppliers can have up to 10 scheduling coordinators • Enhanced Pre-Enrollment information via EDI • Enrollment and Drop timing reduced to 12 days • Customers MUST call supplier to cancel service (Utility can not take a customer request for a drop) • Error Handling Transaction- Suppliers can cancel bad enrollments or drops via EDI within five days
Proposed Implementation Timelines • Bill View Access – already available for Pepco, Coming August 31, 2009 to Delmarva Power • Purchase of Supplier Receivables – proposed implementation December 7, 2009 for Delmarva Power and March 31, 2010 for Pepco • Budget Billing available to Suppliers today • In case of Supplier Default, billing should continue through date of default, mostly manual; never used; don’t be the first!
