  2. Viewing Results • There are two ways to view results • Via E-mail • Via the Web Portal • For more information on customizing results delivery, see the section of the tutorial titled, “Accessing Account Settings”.

  3. 1. Results Via E-mail You will receive an E-mail once a report is complete. The report will be either attached or embedded within the E-mail.

  4. 2. View Results Via the Web Portal Login at www.s2verify.com Click on “ENTERPRISE LOGIN”

  5. Personal Login Screen Enter the username and password you created for yourself while completing the service agreement.

  6. The Home Screen Once you have logged in, you will automatically be taken to your Home Page.

  7. In Progress: Any searches that have components still in progress. Completed: Searches move to this folder once all components in a report are completed. After 12 months, these reports will automatically move to the “Archived” folder. SwiftHire: Used when applicants apply online. Archived: All reports that have either been manually archived or have aged over 12 months. NeedsAttn: Reports that require additional information such as middle names or signed release forms. Discrepancy: Any component of a search that comes back with a record on it can be found in this folder.

  9. The Report Management Screen Report Management icons will mirror your Home Page icons. By selecting a specific folder, applicants within that folder will appear in alphabetical order. To view “All Users’ Reports” click on “View Options” and then click “All Users’ Reports.” By doing so, the icons within your Report Management view will auto fill with all other user’s reports. You also have the option to “archive all” completed reports.

  10. Viewing a Report Click on an applicant’s name to view their detailed profile and results.

  11. Viewing a Report In the Applicant Profile, click on “View Report Options,” and then “View Report.”

Viewing a Report This is what the final report will look like: It will include contact information for your company and S2Verify The data that was searched for the applicant A summary of the searches included in the report, with records indicated by a red arrow Followed by a detailed report for each search type.

  13. Accessing Account Settings To customize your individual user account settings, click on the “My Account” tab. Under your Profile, click on “My Results Delivery” to customize how you receive results.

  14. Accessing Account Settings: My Results Delivery You can customize how results are sent to you here. Standard settings are to email an embedded report.

  15. Accessing Account Settings: My Results Delivery You can customize delivery settings here. The default timing is to deliver a report once it’s been completed and deliver any searches that have records immediately.

  16. Accessing Account Settings: User Options User Options: Active: Must be selected for user to be able to access the system. View Other Users’ Reports: Allows user to see all other users’ reports. ViewPricing: Allows users to view total price of a search. DisplayReport Box: When opting to view all users’ reports, home screen icons will populate all users’ reports. Administrator: Gives user authority to add and edit users. ViewAccounting: Gives user authority to view invoicing and pay bills. RestrictResultsViewing: Restricts user from viewing results on a report. RestrictOrdering: Restricts user from ordering reports.

  17. Adding or Editing Users Administrators can add and edit users by clicking on the “User Info” Tab and selecting “Add User,” or “Edit User”
