  6. We are an NGO called “Together in Estonia” situated in Parnu (Estonia). (for more info please don’t hesitate to visit our web-page www.togetherinestonia.eu). In July 2007 we will run a youth project (which is already approved by the Estonian National Agency). The project will bring together 60 young people from 6 different countries (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Spain, Italy, Greece). The money that the YOUTH IN ACTION give us is not enough for all the activities of the project. (excursion, dinner in traditional restaurant, souvenirs for all participants etc). Our task is to write an official letter and convince the Parnu Municipality to support us. Organizational Management in Local NGOs www.kidsinaction.gr

TASKS • Create a folder • Write the letter and put it inside • Send it to the committee CAUTION • The letter should be maximum 2 pages • Please mention all the annexes that goes with the letter • Only 3 of the 5 projects will be approved by the committee • Only letters with logo, stamp and signature will be accepted Organizational Management in Local NGOs www.kidsinaction.gr
