To start the shipping process, Ms. Julie Balzano of the NMMA will be sending out our TRANSPORTATION GUIDELINESby email to each USA Pavilion exhibitor on Monday. This is a step-by-step outline of how to prepare your shipment, when to have it ready, and what Customs documents and regulations are to be followed. The email will be sent along with required supporting Customs documentation and forms. A few of the most important points are highlighted on the following pages of our webinar presentation. INTERNATIONAL LOGISTICS SERVICES WHAT SETS PHOENIX SERVICES APART Our company offers service to METS that is unmatched by any other freight forwarders, that includes: DIRECT 40-FT OCEAN CONTAINERS FROM NEW YORK AND MIAMI We consolidate only freight for U.S. exhibitors attending METS – cargo is loaded at our consolidation point and not mixed with other cargo or transferred to other warehouses along the route. It arrives at our Amsterdam warehouse early and is then staged for final delivery to the Amsterdam RAI on the target move-in date of Sunday, Nov. 15th A.M. This translates to minimum cargo handling and therefore reduced risk for damage. The safest way to ship ocean freight! EIGHT YEARS OF EXPERIENCE HANDLING THE NMMA PAVILION AT METS NMMA Pavilion coordinators over the previous 8 years have recommended our company to its membership. No other freight forwarder has the valuable experience working with the NMMA members than Phoenix. ON-SITE SHOW COORDINATOR FROM THE U.S. Our show coordinator Mr. Frank Rettig has handled shipping arrangements for NMMA exhibitors at METS for all of these past 8 years. He is the only U.S.-based representative of any freight forwarder available on-site to take care of all your drayage services, handling of empties, on-site paperwork, and reloading of any return cargo. NO NEED TO LEAVE YOUR BOOTH TO DEAL WITH LOGISTICS Mr. Rettig will meet you at your METS booth to confirm timely delivery of your freight, take care of local Customs arrangements for sold items, and coordinate on-site drayage services for move-in and move-out. PRIORITY RETURN OF EMPTIES DURING MOVE-OUT – NO EXTRA CHARGE Phoenix has reserved dedicated storage space and crew to ensure the quickest possible return of empties during move-out. In 2012, all U.S. exhibitors received their empty packing materials by 6:30PM, packed up, and enjoyed their last night in AMS! Phoenix International Business Logistics, Inc.

INTERNATIONAL LOGISTICS SERVICES WHEN AND WHERE TO SHIP YOUR CARGO SEA FREIGHT CARGO: Exhibitors located on the East Coast, Midwest, or West Coast – SHIP to our NJ Consolidation point to arrive by Oct. 12th Exhibitors located in the Southeast or Southwest – SHIP to our MIAMI Consolidation point to arrive by Oct. 10th We ask that all exhibitors make their own US inland transportation arrangements to one of our consolidation points. Most of our clients have their own preferred US trucker and discount program, so we leave this step up to each customer. From the consolidation point, Phoenix will take care of everything else up to your booth. Ship prepaid – addresses for delivery are provided in theTransportation Guidelinesto follow. AIR FREIGHT CARGO: Please have any air freight cargo ready for shipping from your location no later than Nov. 2nd. We have air cargo consolidators located all around the U.S., routing and pricing will depend on your origin location.
