  3. Lunch • 1 cup milk • 1 cup fruit/vegetable (full strength juice) • 2 grain/bread • 2 meat/cheese

  4. Dinner • 1 cup milk • 1 cup fruit/vegetable (full strength juice) • 2 grain/bread • 2 meat/cheese

  5. Snack • Any two of the following: • 1 cup milk • 1 cup fruit/vegetable (full strength juice) • 2 grain/bread • 2 meat/cheese
