Americans With Disabilities Act(ADA) • The eligibility process is based on criteria as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Eligibility Evaluator review an applicant’s apparent functional ability to use accessible fixed-route transportation in Los Angeles County. • Unrestricted Eligibility • Trip by Trip Eligibility • Temporary Eligibility

Access Services Inc. (ASI) • Fixed-route public transit is provided in a 1,550 square mile area • In order to meet the member agencies’ ADA compliance requirements, ASI provides service within a 3/4 mile corridor on either side of all fixed-route bus or rail services provided by any of the 44 member agencies.
Access Services Inc. (ASI) • Reservations for Next Day and Same Day services may be made between 6:00am and 10:00pm seven days per week • For predictable and recurring trips, such as for work, dialysis treatment or school, Standing Order service is available but cannot exceed 50% of the available trips • ASI is available 24 hours a day seven days a week, with limited service between 1:00am – 5:00am
