  5. 34 Credits MAX • 34 Credits MAX at DAY school • Exceptions – ESL and IEP students • Upgrading Counts as credits! • Night school/ Summer School/ Private School/ Dual credits

  6. Want to return to FMSS? • MUST see your counsellor now before you select your courses • Must fill out Request to Return

  7. Credit History/Diploma/Graduation Requirements • Check your credit history • 30 credits by June • 18 compulsory • 12 optional • Community service - complete and submitted – BY MAY 31st • Literacy test requirement met?

  8. Destination 2013/2014 • Have you applied to College (www.ontariocolleges.ca) or University (www.ouac.on.ca)? • Will you be going into the workforce?

  9. GradU-8 • MUST go onto the site even if you do not intend on coming to Commencement • Indicate if you are planning on attending Commencement • Update your mailing address • The diplomas are created based on the information from the GradU-8 website http://fletchersmeadow.gradu-8.com/

  10. GradU-8 • Pay the $20 Commencement gown rental fee to Ms. Greer • Attend MANDATORY Grade 12 Prom meeting in March • Participate in the Valedictorian voting process

  11. GradU-8 • Grad Profiles due by May 13th. (Ms. Greer) • Commencement invitations and tickets handed out to eligible graduates on June 28th outside the Counselling Office. • Absolute DEADLINE for OSSD requirements, GradU-8 website, and paying the $20.00 gown rental fee is:June 28, 2013 • Commencement is on October 25, 2013

Important Dates • Feb 21– Not returning entered in course selection screen • March – Prom meeting • April, May– Prom tickets sold • May 13 – Grad profiles due • June 26 - Prom • June 28 – Commencement tickets handed out • June 28– Deadline for all graduation related stuff • October 25 - Commencement
