Merits of Aonoshiki incinerator • Aonoshiki incinerator is a gas combustion system & it enables to get over 1000 degree Celsius within five minutes. • The inside of incinerator is covered with Aolite which is heat resistant concrete and helps to get such high temperature. • The combustion of fuel is very less as ignition time is only five minutes with the use of starter burner.

Structure of Aonoshiki incinerator • The structure of Aonoshiki incinerator has three facilities which are- • the primary chamber putting materials, • the secondary chamber with cyclone separator, and • the tertiary chamber reusing exhaust heat for multi-purposes.

Comparison to other incinerators • Aonoshiki is capable to settle two or three multiple chambers at the same time and these can run simultaneously. • The gas exhausted from multiple chamber is absorbed into scrubber, and it is neutralized by sodium hydroxide to reduce carbon dioxide and cool down before exhausted from the chimney.

Water consumption by this incinerator is very less as exhausted water is reused and also there will be no drain and water disposed by it.

Comparison to other incinerators • Aonoshiki uses a little air and combusting inside which avoids gas explosion and that enables to add more materials during combustion unlike other incinerators. • Aonoshiki is combusting and boiling at the same time so there will be no possibility of explosion. • Since 1963, Aonoshiki is working in more than 3000 places and there is no report of explosion.
