Style & Influence • Doesn’t believe architecture should fit a particular mold. • Rejects any attempt to categorize his work • Famous for his creative use of glass • Innovative and functional designs • Studied with Michael Scott and then Maxwell Fry in London • Helped complete Eero Saarinen’s projects when he died (St. Louis Archway, John Deere Headquarters in Illinois, CBS Headquarters in New York, TWA Terminal at JFK International Airport in New York, etc.)
