TPC Organization • WBS Dictionary: Design and construction of the TPC inside the cryostat • Document the TPC system throughout the design and fabrication process • Design and construct the TPC • Design and construct the on-detector electronics • Design and construct the TPC and HV feed-throughs and specify and procure necessary cabling and power supplies

  3. WBS Status Outline • Working over the past month on engineering for Preliminary design Behind on many tasks but workplan for next 2 months allows time to complete Preliminary design

  4. Preliminary Design • Preliminary FEA analysis of wire and cathode frames

  6. Preliminary Design cont. Structural support of TPC Cathode/Anode/Field cage

  7. WBS Status cont. • Continuing to develop cost and schedule, preliminary design, Risk analysis, TDR section • Participating in Integration meetings week • Leading up to Internal review on August 4th…. • Design meetings during usual ADWG meeting slots • Completion of Preliminary Design • Written up in TDR – in progress • Cost and Schedule review for Electronics on July 8th • Cost and Schedule iteration for TPC fabrication at Yale last week • Risk analyses for TPC and On detector electronics underway A lot to do but on schedule to complete by Internal Review date
