BM 25 : batteries • Pack of NiMH batteries (7V2/9AH), rechargeable without opening • Autonomy = according to the configuration : • Up to 170h operations non-stop • Or for example 90 hours with explo/O2 and 2 toxic cells. • Recharged in less than :4h30mn.
BM 25: remote power supply • It’s possible to trickle the BM25 in a classified zone linked with «a remote intrinsic safety power » (with flammable and toxic cells only) • For these reason,in this case and without alarm, the BM25 will work practically indefinitely !! • But with alarm triggering,batteries will be discharged a bit.

BM25: smart blocks • 1 and 2= mini toxic or O2 smart block of cell • 3= médium toxic or O2 • 4= EXPLO smart block of cell • 5= médium or series 3/7 (new developments). 4 1 2 5 3 Note: without a block somewhere, take in place a dummy cell to keep the index of protection (IP66).
BM25: smart blocks • All the cells are: • « plug in » easy connexion • smart because fitted with a memory of characteristics (type of detected gas, unit, scale, sérial number, usure rate etc… • Pre-calibrated • Interchangeable.
BM25: smart blocks • Channel 5 can be fitted with either a medium cell or a big model (series 3) • Note: BM 25 is fitted with 5 channels but can make a gestion of 4 only! • For this reason if you use the channel N° 5, the 1 st will be automatically inhibited and the cell deactived ! 1 4 2 5 3
BM25: explosible smart-blocks • This channel is obligatory connected with a flammable cell for detection of major explo.gas and 2 types of cell can be used : • catalytic or • catalytic/catharometric .

gaz BM 25: pumping system • Avaible in option: the BM25 can be fitted with an included electric pump • Associated with a remote sampling system (cap of cells and different king of probes) • automatic working pump if a cap fixed….
Optical IR linking for COM 2100 • An IR port located on the right side of BM25 allows the linking to a PC • serial RS232 or USB cables are avaible • COM 2100 software will recognize automatically a linking to a BM25 or to MX2100 • common software MX2100/BM25.
