ECO Plus Overview…  • A single interface for BT Wholesale customers to raise & manage orders & faults for all 21C products.   • Generic, product agnostic order management journey • Objective is to provide you with the optimum customer experience • For example: • Upfront quick quote functionality • Bulk ordering facilities • Upfront availability checking functionality • Save ‘favourites’ for frequent orders

Objectives The reason we’re here today …  • This is the second webcall on the btw.com ECO Plus portal. • The first webcall (held 14th April) gave a pre-view of the portal and demonstrated a provide order. • This webcall, to demonstrate modify and cease functionalities was a direct requirement from the overview webcall. • Opportunity to provide feedback and ask questions • Opportunity to offer suggestions for how ECO Plus order management process could be improved to help your business in the future • Feedback will be captured by our CE team • Suggestions offering an improvement to customer experience put forward for consideration in future development cycles
