Funtionality of AMM • AMM enables automated migration of data into SharePoint, thus creating an intelligent knowledge pool • Enhanced document management, workflow, collaboration and search • Migration can be done • with an external Service Provider (most likely when migrating large volumes of legacy data e.g. scan solutions) • or inhouse: solution can consolidate data into SharePoint in an ongoing process • Solution can anlayse, classify and migrate not only documents on file shares, but also e-mail, paper documents, local hard drives and documents that are stored in third-party repositories e.g. FileNET

Functionality of P2P • Extensive hardware support • Paper to Portal © works with all scanners that support ISIS- or TWAIN drivers – and these are virtually all scanners currently available: production machines for high-volume jobs, midrange scanners for departmental use or All-in-Ones • Flexibility and Scaling • Paper to Portal © is a highly flexible solution that can cover a wide range of scenarios. It has a positive pay-back already for smaller departmental solutions. However, it can easily scale to enable high-volume production scanning solutions, e.g. in scan centers.

  21. Functionality of P2P • The Intelligent Document • The metadata that match the documenttyp of the document are displayed automatically in the document panel. It is very easy to edit them – according to the configuration of the solution there are various options: • 1. Fill in manually. • 2. If there is a direct connection to an ERP or CRM system, the data can be directly extracted from these systems. If you e.g. type in a company name, the matching data such as address, client number, or reference number are added automatically.
