  2. Who We Are • We are a nationally recognized, fully integrated manufacturer and marketer of value-added proteins and handheld sandwiches. We process, bake, assemble and package great tasting products and distribute them to a wide range of channels including restaurants, schools, military, hospitals, grocery stores, wholesale clubs, convenience stores and vending machines. • Officially merged on September 30, 2010, APF joined three strong food companies together – • In June 2011, APF announced the acquisition of Barber Foods, a Portland, Maine-based, family-owned business that manufactures and distributes more than 300 frozen, value-added chicken products including an expansive, signature line of stuffed chicken breasts.

Facts Regarding “Foodservice” in C-Stores • Fact – The average C-Store did $270,000 in prepared foodservice in 2011 • Foodservice was third in total sales trailing Cigarettes and Beverage. • Fact – Over 58% of C-Store Customers find Made To Order Sandwiches in C-stores very appealing! (Technomic CSP) • Fact – Over 80,000 C-Stores have a roller-grill program in place today • Fact – Very Few QSR’s sell Hot Dogs or other “Roller grill” items! • Fact – The retail on Roller grill items nationally is very low – in most cases 2 for $2.00 or 2 for $2.22. • This results in a low G.P.% and more importantly a low register ring that results in low profit $$ per sale. • CSP Jan 3rd. 2012

  12. $400 DSR Incentive - Independent Stores • APF will partner with desired Independent Distributor and offer the following: • An Initial salesperson placement spiff of $200 will be paid after the Fast Fixin’ equipment is in place for 60 days • Sales will be verified by Distributor Reporting, matched to the pre-authorization form • Salesman will set the equipment and train staff • Salesman will monitor program during regular store visit • Issues and Opportunities with be communicated via a FFSB Email Address staffed by Customer Service • A 2% store rebate will be paid to force reporting for independent stores • A 2nd Payout of $200 will be made to the salesperson at the end of 12 months if: • Store is still maintaining projected sales and volume • Required Proof and follow-up is provided within 60 Days of the 12 month anniversary • Equipment is still in operation at the store • Customer signs a second year contract • New POS is installed (if needed)

Hot ‘n’ Ready / Big AZ DSR Incentive - Independent Stores • APF will partner with desired Independent Distributor and offer the following: • For placement of any Hot ‘n’ Ready Warmer or Big AZ counter cooler AdvancePierre will pay a salesman spiff of $25.00 - 60 days after the equipment has been placed. • Sales will be verified by Distributor Reporting, matched to the pre-authorization form • Salesman will set the equipment and train staff • Salesman will monitor program during regular store visit • A 2% store rebate will be paid to insure reporting for independent stores • A 2nd Payout of $25 will be made to the salesperson at the end of 12 months if: • Store is still maintaining projected sales and volume • Required Proof and follow-up is provided within 60 Days of the 12 month anniversary • Equipment is still in operation at the store • A second year contract has been signed. • All equipment must be used exclusively for the sale of AdvancePierre products during the length of the program.
