This research aims to enhance Crew Resource Management (CRM) training for C-130 Mission Qualification through the analysis of accident/incident reports, simulator crew skills study, and student record trend analyses. The study will identify specific CRM skills to refine course content and develop measures to track training trends. By leveraging Air Force aviation mishap data, this research seeks to optimize CRM instruction for C-130 crew members.
