Communication bridges Liaison program 7 – 10 days in the community to encourage respectful dialogue Community mapping projects integrates Indigenous knowledge, community perspectives, geoscience information and mineral industry career opportunities. Distribute geological information (customized geological maps, reports, summaries regarding mineral potential and land use) to the community. Advise government and community leadership of areas where mineral potential and land use planning may impact and build on a proactive solution strategy We all benefit Building relationships and developing positive engagement strategies with First Nationscreates a ‘learning and listening’ environment. This open dialogue builds proactive opportunities for all Manitobans . 2
