The Social Hour at Chandlers is technically two hours, from 4 pm to 6 pm Monday through Friday, and is the perfect opportunity to catch up with friends, meet with clients, or relax with loved ones while enjoying the sophisticated atmosphere. Featuring a selection of signature drinks and tasty small plates, here are a few standouts from Chandlers’ exclusive Social Hour menu. Patron and Sangrita Sangrita is a drink that pairs perfectly with premium tequila. While typically used as the in-between sip when enjoying a small glass of tequila, when combined in a cocktail, the experience is unmatched. Chandlers makes their sangrita from scratch using traditional flavors before welcoming Patron Silver Tequila to the mix for a sophisticated and exotic cocktail to help melt your stresses and worries away. Steak Tartare As the premier steakhouse Boise has to offer, Chandlers knows their steaks. Along with their dinner menu featuring premium cuts of filet mignon, rib eye, and more, their smaller plates are equally as satisfying for a quick bite during Social Hour. This dish features tender filet mignon served raw along with capers, shallots, and chives, all topped with a fresh quail egg.
