  4. How should the programming sheet be completed? • You should select an academic course in each required subject area: Language Arts Mathematics Science Social Studies

  5. Next, select 10 electives. The elective you desire the most should be #1. If you select a semester course, you must select another semester course to equal one credit.

  6. AP CLASSES • If you choose to take an AP class, it will take the place of the academic class of that particular subject area. Remember, you can’t drop your AP class after SVD day.

  7. Dual Enrollment • Qualified students can sign up for Dual Enrollment classes for Summer 2014 (June 9-27) and for the 2014-2015 school year in April & May 2014. Students taking Dual Enrollment classes will have the opportunity to edit their course selections when they receive confirmation of Dual Enrollment.

  8. Finally….. Counselors will meet with students beginning November 18. Students will receive a pass to see their counselor and at that time, the student’s selections will be reviewed. Students should submit their parent signed programming sheet when this meeting takes place. This process will take 3-4 weeks.
