  1. OPEN SOURCE CRM WHAT IS OPEN SOURCE CRM? Open Source CRM is a software in which the source code of the system and modification from its original design is available to people, free of charge. The complete software is free of cost, and there are no restrictions with regard to, number of users or functionalities. Small businesses which are usually Start-Ups, tend to gravitate towards Open Source CRM systems obviously because it’s free.
