Service Sales Partners – 3 Options • Lead Referral – Bring a services lead to NCR and NCR will pursue directly with your customer • Contract Referral – Sell NCR Service and provide executed customer order to NCR • Shared Service – Sell your branded services to your customer and subcontract NCR to team with you in the service delivery

Lead Referral Process: Simplicity • Execute the NCR Partner Program Master Agreement and the Lead Referral Exhibit • Provide NCR’s services capabilities training to select salespersons within your company • Tell your customers about your partnership with NCR and the additional service capabilities • Qualify your lead and email the completed lead form to the NCR Program Team • NCR sells the service, secures contract signature & pays you right away! • $50 commission payment for each qualified lead • 5% commission for sales in excess of $1000

Contract Referral Process: Simplicity • Execute the NCR Partner Program Master Agreement and the Contract Referral Exhibit • Certify select salespeople within your company via the NCR service certification program • Tell your customers about your partnership with NCR and the additional service capabilities • You submit an electronic request for quote to the NCR Program Team • Obtain a customer-signed service order • NCR will pay you quickly! • 10% commission for term of the contract • 7% ongoing commission for renewals
